Package Your Item

Place the product in its original packaging, ensuring all protective films and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
