What materials are used in your protective covers?
We use a variety of high-grade materials including shock-absorbent TPU, premium polycarbonate, genuine leather, and military-grade silicone to ensure maximum durability.
Do your cases support wireless charging?
Most of our cases are designed to be thin enough for Qi wireless charging. Products that are MagSafe compatible or specifically support wireless charging will have a badge on the product image.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
What is your return policy if I am not satisfied?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If the case doesn't meet your expectations or you ordered the wrong size, you can return it in its original packaging for a full refund or exchange.
Are the screen protectors included with the cases?
Unless specified as a 'Bundle' or '360 Protection Kit,' screen protectors are sold separately. We recommend pairing our cases with our tempered glass protectors for total device safety.
